New Patients-at-Portals Service Significantly Reduces Agency Overhead

Civerex Systems Inc., a leading international software company, is pleased to announce the official commercial release of a portal plug-in service called Patients-at-Portals that extends the functionality of their CIVER-EHR™ Patient Healthcare Management System. Patients-at-Portals allows agencies to significantly reduce the number of patient service requests to healthcare agency front-desk and back-office staff by offloading routine service requests to an auto-attendant for attention and action. It also allows providers to host live telehealth sessions with patients.

Patients-at-Portals makes it possible for patients to log into agency portals 24 x 7 and select one or more listed services from a menu of services. Patient service requests are automatically dispatched to an auto-attendant that immediately sends back a response or posts the request to a provider InTray for attention and action. Agencies have full control over what services are offered at their portals and which services need staff responses.
